Dear Customer,

We would like you to know about the following unplanned incident.

Service Affected: The website and clientarea may indicate that the SSL Certificate has expired

Impact: Minor impact as the website and clientarea should still be reachable and available

Start Date: Thursday the 18th of November 2021, 08:00 AM (GMT)

End Date: Thursday the 18th of November 2021, 08:15 AM (GMT)

Status Report: Service Status

Description:

Although we have requested our new Extended Validation SSL Certificate well in time, the SSL authority seems to be extra slow in verifying and therefore supplying us with a new certificate.
Over a week of waiting and they still haven't even started their verification properly.

As a result, we have had to take intermediate steps by using a standard SSL certificate for now.
At least you will see the site is secured and as soon as Sectigo has done their job we will have the new, long-term EV certificate placed and the lock will turn green again.

Apologies for any confusion, we are very much alive and secure :-)

Our email, website, web chat, telephony and all other services will work and of course.
This only affected the website and Clientarea for a little while and everything else is unaffected by this so all VoIP traffic will go through and continue to receive and terminate all calls as expected.

We apologise for the inconvenience that this may cause and if there are any questions, please contact our technical support team.

Kindest Regards
Support team
