We would like you to know about the following planned maintenance window.

End Date: Saturday, 30th January 2016 05:00 PM (GMT)

Status Report: Service Status

Description:
Regular and planned (security) maintenance of the Client area and the administration server will be carried out.
This will be a total software update and extra services will be added to continually create a safe and trustworthy environment for our clients and us.
The Client area and Administration interface will intermittently not be available during this maintenance window, but the lack of availability will be kept to the bare minimum. During this period it might be the case that the Clientarea is available but that you are missing some components that you are expecting, these should all return but perhaps not until further down the line during this maintenance window. We would like to ask you not to conduct any account maintenance during this period to prevent loss of your work if the Clientarea has to be rebooted while you haven't saved your work yet.

All Voyced telephony services will be unaffected by this maintenance work.

Update 4:15 PM

The Security, Software and Functionality update have all been applied and tested.
This maintenance operation has been given the green light as all seems to be ok and working perfectly.

Not all changes may be visible to you as there are many changes applied to the back-end of the system but you will certainly see that it looks and feels updated.

We always strive to keep downtime or unavailability to a minimum and we have certainly managed to do so today.
This does mean that we might still be optimising certain items over the next few days, but that should all be enhancements and design items and should not affect your use of the system at all. If there is a function that you seem to have 'lost', please do let us know through a support ticket and we'll investigate straight away.
