Major change of Client account details or moving services to another account

I need to change some small details on my Client account in the Clientarea.

You can adjust most of the client details that we have on file for you, but some are not available for you to change.
If you need any details changed that you don't have access to from your side, please contact support with the change request and they will either do so or guide you how this has to be applied for.

I need to change some of the base details on my client account and/or need to move service(s) to another client account.

If some of the main details, for example, company name or company address/country, need to change you will not be able to do that for your side.
The same goes for moving services to another client account within the system.

We can make these kinds of transfers but we may need you set up a new client account before we can do so.
(These changes are often not possible without this step for tax or administrative reasons).

We will contact you to get the right information etc and to (help you) complete this process.
