Calling (International) Premium numbers?

Can we call any (International) Premium / Freemium numbers?

Possibly yes, possibly not.

What does that mean?

We strive to have full availability of all numbers but because of the way they work, the way they are often not even available from outside that number's respective country, and all the different ways that they are implemented across the world, we can not guarantee that you will be able to call them with from Voyced account(s). This issue arises for all VoIP providers.
If you come across a specific Premium number (or Freemium as they are sometimes called) that can't be reached from your account, we advise you to use your mobile phone for that specific case.

If you find out that a specific Premium / Freemium number is not available you can request us to look into it by starting a ticket or sending an E-mail to newdestinations@voyced.eu, and we will investigate what the options are. In that case, please add all the call details of your call attempt.
If we see that that specific number isn't available at that moment, but that we can make it available, we will attempt to take it up in our termination packages at the first appropriate moment.
