Service Affected: The Hosted IPPBX area may indicate that the SSL Certificate has expired

Impact: Minor impact as the Hosted IPPBX environment should still be reachable and available

Start Date: Saturday the 29th of August 2020, 09:00 AM (GMT)

End Date: A.S.A.P.

Status Report: Service Status

Description:

We've just seen that the new SSL Certificate that was ready and waiting to be implemented, before today, has not been done so (correctly).

We ensure you that the site is safe and that this has just been an oversight of those responsible and we'll get this fixed as quickly as we can.

Our email, website, web chat, telephony and all other services will work and of course.
This only affects the web-based entry into the Hosted IPPBX environments and everything else is unaffected by this so all VoIP traffic will go through and continue to receive and terminate all calls as expected.

Update:

To apply the new SSL Certificate we will have to do a restart of several services.
Therefore, we have decided to implement the update of the SSL certificate tonight, at the earliest moment in time that we see little or no users being affected by the restarts.
