We would like you to know about the following planned maintenance window.

Service Affected: The admin side of the Clientarea

Impact: Minor impact as the Clienarea will be locked and possibly not available for a short period of time

Start Date: Saturday, 8th Tuesday the 11th of August 2020, 10:00 AM (GMT)

End DateSaturday, 8th Tuesday the 11th of August 2020, 16:00 AM (GMT) or much earlier if all goes well

Status Report: Service Status

Description:

We're using a maintenance window to roll out some technical and security-related enhancements to the administration parts of our Clientarea.

There may be a slight impact but should not affect you much or long however we would advise to not make any changes and/or purchases in the Cleintarea during the maintenance session.

These upgrades may also require a few reboots of the servers which, in most part, is to prepare the systems for a new version of said Clientarea and the new functions we will be introducing to it in the next months.
As most of this will be 'under the hood' work you may or may not see any changes in your Cleintarea environment when we are done, but it should help us solve some long-standing issues now and give us more secure, stable and flexible options for the (near) future to expand upon.

This means that only the main Website and/or the Clientarea won't always be available.
All other websites, (Hosted) services and VoIP telephony services will continue to work as usual.
We will do our utmost to keep the downtime to a minimum.

Our email and telephony will work and of course, all Hosted IPPBX environments are unaffected by this so all VoIP traffic will go through and continue to receive and terminate all calls as expected.

Update 08/08/2020:

We apologise but we have to reschedule the current upgrade until Tuesday the 11th of August.
Some additional programming work that tested as working perfectly in the development environment seems to possibly create some minor disturbances in the live environment.
As we were only just starting the upgrade process there will be no downtime at all today.

The new planning will be Tuesday the 11th of August with a start at 10 am (GMT) and we'll change the title of this announcement to reflect this.

Apologies for any inconvenience but we want to make sure the upgrade goes as smooth as possible especially as it is such a big upgrade in so many areas

Update 11/08/2020:

The whole procedure has been completed and the actual downtime was approx 2 seconds.
Well done crew!

We are going through the whole system to see if anything is missing or not working properly but all major and basic functions seem fine.
if you do run into something unexpected, please let us know.

There are some new functions available to you already at this point, and more to come, but we will officially announce them at a later stage.
First things first is to make sure everything is working perfectly, faster and more secure than ever.
