Dear Client,

(all Clients that this may be relevant to have been sent this E-mail today. We're addign it here as an extra notification ahead of the actual planned dates to ensure greatest possible exposure)

We would like to inform you in advance of some major and permanent changes in the back-end of our solutions with regards to our Entry Point, SIP Clusters and related servers and services.

These changes will be made for a number of reasons, amongst which (and I promise we'll try to keep this run down as low-tech where possible):
- Reliability: Greater reliability, provider/partner independence and with that even greater redundancy, fall-back and correction possibilities in case of any (technical) issue.
- Flexibility: Greater Geographic flexibility as these new IPs will be geographic and provider independent.
- Stability: Implementing these changes will give our services much better protection from hardware failure, DDOS attacks, Heavy Cluster loads, etc.
- Quality & Control: Faster response times in case of any network related issues, greater network resilience and much greater control with regards to quality and prevention of (network) issues on our side and eliminating reliance on several external networks.
- Upgrades & Updates: In preparation for the new version of our Hosted IPPBX solution that which incorporates all the above option and much, much more. All ready for the functionalities (both back and front-end) that are and will be planned.

All this is a result of many upgrade, update and expansion projects that we have successfully implemented in the past 2 years.
The current migrations are therefore ready to go and will only relate to your actual device registering and Not to the website or Clientarea.

We have seen that very few to no clients will actually be affected by this but, as the changes are substantial and a possible result could be an inability for your devices to log in to our systems, and therefore possible loss of service, we want to make sure you are aware of these changes.

What do you need to do?

1) If you have set up the account(s) in your phone with the Basic Setup details we have given you, you should be using sip.voyced.eu as your SIP server already and you are fine. No need to change anything as this will not change.

More information:
https://www.voyced.eu/clients/index.php/knowledgebase/4/Basic-setup-information.html

2) If you opted for an IP address as your registration domain address you will need to be aware of changes that are coming soon.
It is preferable to change those IP addresses to the sip.voyced.eu domain and once you do so, you are ok and our changes shouldn't affect your service when we make the necessary changes.

3) If you opted for an IP address as your registration domain address you will need to be aware of the changes that are coming soon s you will need to take action!
If you can not use the sip.voyced.eu domain in your hard- and /or software for whatever reason, please get in touch with us a.s.a.p. so that we can discuss the options and possible changes you may have to make at a certain date. Please also include your Client account and the DID account information that is/are using IP addresses to connect to. Include the IP Address you are using and information of the device(s) that you are using and that are unable to use the SIP domain so that we have an s complete a picture as possible.
Please do not wait with this as these changes will probably be implemented in the coming weeks already.

We apologise in advance for any possible inconvenience caused but rest assured that if you're using the right setup information you will not notice any of this.

Thank you for your attention and with kind regards

The Voyced Sales, Development & Support Teams
