Update 09:00
Our engineers have indeed found an issue with one of the entry point clusters.
(registration) Traffic is being diverted as quickly and much as possible to alleviate the problem.
They are also continuously working as hard as possible to correct the issue so that traffic can flow as normal again.

We apologise for the inconvenience this may cause and are doing everything in our power to correct this issue A.S.A.P.

Update 09:15
Our engineers have found the issue, applied a solution and after a reboot of the affected cluster, we can see many phones registering to it again.
We see calls going through again and this indicates the services are all up and running again as they should be.

We will keep a very close eye on this and will further investigate what happened, how it could happen and how, if possible, we can prevent this from happening again.

We sincerely apologise for any inconvenience this may have caused.
