We would like you to know about the following planned outage.

Service Affected: Standard Call Recording cluster

Start Date: Sunday, 12th of August 2018, 08:00 AM (BST)

End Date: Sunday, 12th of August 2018, 09:00 AM (BST) or earlier if all goes well

Status Report: Service Status

Description:

We have scheduled a 1-hour window in order to expand the storage available to the Standard Call Recording server cluster.
During this interval, Standard Call Recording specific services will be intermittently unavailable, and should be considered "at risk".

Note that there will be no disruption to PCI or Enhanced Call Recording

Our email and telephony will work and of course, our Hosted IPPBX is unaffected by this so all VoIP traffic will go through and continue to receive and terminate all calls as expected.

Update:

The Standard Call Recording server cluster was taken offline at 08:15 AM and brought back online at 08:28 AM (BST).
Standard Call Recordings for this period will be unavailable.
Our tests indicate that Call Recordings from before and after the interval are available.

As planned, there was no disruption to PCI or enhanced call recording.
