Description:
Some clients are reporting problems with the Hosted IPPBX web interface and SIP cluster connection.
Our technicians are on top of this and are trying to locate the issue and solve this asap.

1:20 PM
The engineers have found an issue with the fall-back facilities and are investigating/correcting.

1:45 PM
The issue has been found a solution is being implemented. We expect all to come back to normal operation in a very short time span.
Sometimes it may help to restart your phone and/or modem to force an update of the account registration.

2:05 PM
There are numerous connections being made again and upon testing extensively all seems to be functioning as expected again.
An investigation will continue as to how and why this could have happened and it seems to have been caused by the very system that is supposed to prevent this.

We apologise for any inconvenience caused and if you are still experiencing problems we would advise you first to restart your phone and/or modem.
